Brent Fisher Business Broker
Brent Fisher spent over fifteen years as a healthcare executive running large-scale operations before moving into ecommerce with his wife. Across the following decade the two launched and exited multiple ecommerce brands, which is where his understanding of the seller’s side of an exit comes from.
One of those businesses was an ecommerce agency, and operating it gave him exposure to a wide range of advertising and scaling strategies across different sectors. That work shaped his read on what actually drives results in a digital business.
What he brings to brokerage is an understanding of the parts of a transaction that do not appear on a spreadsheet. Selling a company carries emotional weight, and he treats that as a real factor rather than an inconvenience. His starting point with a client is what they want out of the exit, not what the listing should say.
The way he describes the job is relationships and journeys rather than transactions: knowing the client personally, lining up with their goals, and getting them through the transition.
