Bill Gustin Business Broker

Bill Gustin started in finance, working in investment banking and restructuring. In 2010 he left the corporate world and built a multi-brand ecommerce business with his partners, growing it past fifty employees. During that period he held a range of roles, including a short stint as interim CEO of a women’s shoe company.
He and his team sold the business to a large brick-and-mortar chain in 2018. Since then he has consulted for private equity firms on diligence and operational work, on transactions ranging from venture funding through to global brands, including the carve-out of Magento from eBay.
He graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Finance and Multinational Business Operations.
Bill spends his time with his family, usually outdoors, and is a regular sight walking through Hyde Park in Tampa with his wife and two dogs.
