Andrew McSwain Business Broker

Andrew enjoys connecting with both ecommerce entrepreneurs and investors and believes developing a deep understanding of a business’s operations and market positioning is the key to any successful business transaction.

Prior to joining Website Closers, Andrew worked as a CPA for a Big 4 public accounting firm before transitioning to investment banking, where he facilitated private placements and M&A transactions for technology and software companies. Then, from 2010 to 2018, Andrew grew a portfolio of ecommerce brands to 8 figures in annual revenue, through both acquisitions and organic growth, before selling to a strategic acquirer in 2018.

Andrew lives with his wife in Lakeland, Florida and enjoys swimming, running, and playing with his Boykin Spaniel dog in his free time. Andrew graduated with a BS in Finance from the University of Florida, an MS in Accounting from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
