Andrew McSwain Business Broker

Andrew McSwain works with ecommerce entrepreneurs and investors, and holds that a deep understanding of a business’s operations and market positioning is what makes a transaction succeed.
Before joining Website Closers he was a CPA at a Big 4 public accounting firm, then moved into investment banking, where he handled private placements and M&A transactions for technology and software companies. From 2010 to 2018 he built a portfolio of ecommerce brands to eight figures in annual revenue through a mix of acquisition and organic growth, and sold it to a strategic acquirer in 2018.
He graduated with a BS in Finance from the University of Florida, an MS in Accounting from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Andrew lives in Lakeland, Florida with his wife, and spends his free time swimming, running, and with his Boykin Spaniel.
