Rj joined Website Closers in 2022. As a former college athlete, RJ brings the same discipline, teamwork, and drive from the field into every deal he manages. His career began in a manufacturing rotational development program, where he gained hands-on experience in operations and leadership. He went on to work in sports and entertainment ticket sales, mastering relationship-building and negotiation in a fast-paced environment. As a consultant, RJ helped businesses streamline operations and improve profitability through lean transformation and automation. He’s also led and closed real estate transactions, sharpening his skills in valuation and strategic deal-making.

Today, RJ leverages this diverse background — and a strong network of private equity, family office, and strategic buyers — to help business owners achieve successful exits and growth transitions. Known for his practical insight and people-first approach, RJ combines strategic thinking with genuine care for every client he serves.
