RJ Martin works from the position that every business has a story, and that the job is turning it into lasting value. He joined Website Closers in 2022.
A former college athlete, he brings the discipline and teamwork from that into the deals he runs. His career started in a manufacturing rotational development programme, giving him operations and leadership experience. From there he moved into sports and entertainment ticket sales, where relationship-building and negotiation happen at speed. As a consultant he helped businesses tighten operations and improve profitability through lean transformation and automation. He has also led and closed real estate transactions, which sharpened his valuation and deal-structuring work.
He now draws on that background and a network of private equity, family office and strategic buyers to get owners through exits and growth transitions. What clients tend to note is the combination of practical judgement and actually caring how it goes for them.
