Mark Grossman Business Broker

Mark Grossman has over thirty years of experience across corporate roles, management consulting, interim executive positions and M&A brokerage. His consulting career centred on the management of technology and its place in business strategy, helping clients use technology to change how their businesses ran and how they engaged customers, vendors and other constituencies. His M&A background came from assisting large corporations with assessing opportunities, running due diligence, and planning and executing integration. That work moved him into brokering, first in brick-and-mortar and now exclusively in tech-enabled businesses with DealPipe. Alongside that he has been a member of the Pasadena Angels investing group and served on the boards of Personalized Media Communications, which holds significant intellectual property in broadcast media personalisation, and Parchment, a digital credentials service. Outside work Mark spends time with his family, including his wife Susan, his three children and their families, and keeps up fitness and reading.
