Lassiter Mason joined Website Closers in 2015 after a twenty-five year career across financial roles in utilities, agriculture, airlines, turn-around consulting and real estate development. That range is what gives him a read on what a specific deal needs to get over the line. His own framing is that every deal breaks three or four times during the sale process, and that the skill is repairing each break so that everyone comes out of it stronger.
Preparation before a business goes to market is where he puts the effort. Financials in order, and a genuine understanding of the company itself. Experience means he can predict, resolve and answer most of what buyers will ask before they ask it, which he treats as the difference between a completed transaction and a lost one. It also reflects well on the seller, and reassures a buyer that the company is organised and worth trusting.
Away from work, his preference is time with his wife and three children, and Florida gives him plenty of ways to spend it.
