Jade Hall has personally bought and sold multiple businesses across different industries, which is where her working knowledge of both sides of a transaction comes from. She launched and exited an Amazon private label brand, acquired a franchise, and secured an SBA loan for a brick-and-mortar business.
Her focus is helping owners get the most out of their companies and through the complexity of a sale. That covers digital brands, brick-and-mortar operations and technology companies, with the emphasis on the transaction actually closing and the exit being the one the owner wanted.
Outside business, Jade volunteers at the Humane Society and fosters dogs and cats needing temporary homes. She has been a licensed boat captain since 2020 and spends time on the water, splitting the year between New York in summer and Florida in winter. She grew up and went to school in New York.
She works with clients nationwide, on the financial and the emotional sides of a sale in equal measure.
